+Install *BSFS* via pip::
+
+    pip install --extra-index-url https://pip.bsfs.io bsfs
+
+This installs the `bsfs` python package as well as the `bsfs.app` command.
+It is recommended to install *bsfs* in a virtual environment (via `virtualenv`).
+
